Responsibilities
• Read and follow written procedures, work instructions, and batch records
• Safely operate automated equipment in compliance with company standards
• Power up and start machines from an off state
• Perform setups using electronic batch records, data acquisition, and inventory systems
• Operate machines, jigs, and fixtures to produce quality products at established run rates
• Read and interpret gauges, dials, and machine indicators
• Identify, interpret, and troubleshoot machine faults; restart machines as necessary
• Inspect, test, and verify products meet all quality standards
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products for shipment
• Demonstrate flexibility by learning and operating multiple machines efficiently
Qualifications
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in a clean room environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and machine operations with accuracy
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve basic machine faults
• Comfortable using gauges, dials, and indicators to monitor equipment performance
• Capable of adapting to different machines and tasks as needed
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work in a team environment
Pay
$18.00 – $20.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day & Swing Shifts | Rotating Schedule
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Swing Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
