Electronics Assembly Technician | Mendon, UT
Nexeo Staffing is hiring an Electronics Assembly Technician for a growing and innovative manufacturing company in Mendon, Utah. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with experience in assembly, soldering, and working with technical documentation. Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies following detailed instructions.
- Perform soldering on wires, connectors, and electronic components.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Use hand tools, fixtures, and clamps to properly position and secure parts.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and functionality.
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation.
- Soldering experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Proficient with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team.
Pay
$18.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
