Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stage inbound/outbound equipment, verifying accuracy and completing all shipping/receiving documentation
• Inspect hardware and materials for correct part numbers, quantities, condition, and compliance with data center quality standards
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts, PPE, and materials to support continuous operations
• Process RMA returns for electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems (WMS / RF scanners)
• Safely place and align computer server racks using laser measurement tools with 100% placement accuracy
• Assemble, populate, and cable server racks following detailed diagrams, schematics, and SOPs
• Install rack-mounted hardware using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, electric pallet jacks, and rack movers
• Maintain clean, secure, and compliant workspaces following 5S, security, and safety guidelines
• Lift, push, pull, and move equipment up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Support staging, labeling, kitting, asset movement, and cross-functional data center operations as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in high-volume logistics, warehouse work, IT hardware assembly, electronics production, data center operations, or similar environments
• Strong computer skills or high technical aptitude; comfortable learning new systems and IT hardware
• Experience assembling or repairing computers, servers, or electronics (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with WMS platforms, RF scanners, inventory tools, or SAP (preferred)
• Ability to follow diagrams, read part numbers, and correctly interpret technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a secure, high-tech environment
• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening (No felonies; no misdemeanors within the last 7 years)

Pay

$19.50 per hour

Automatic $1.00 pay raise after permanent hire ($20.50 per hour)

Schedule

Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Must be willing & available to work overtime as needed.

Typical OT Hours:

  • Weekdays 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturdays 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
