Commercial HVAC Lead Installer | St. George, UT
Nexeo HR is currently hiring a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer for a leading provider of commercial heating, cooling, boiler, and refrigeration services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced installer who takes pride in high-quality work and can help lead and support a team in the field.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installer with strong leadership ability to support commercial installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial HVAC systems, works efficiently on job sites, and can guide and mentor less experienced technicians. Work will take place primarily in the field at commercial job sites, with occasional shop work as needed.
Responsibilities
• Perform commercial HVAC system installations with a high level of quality and efficiency
• Install ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC components according to layout plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Operate job site equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
• Lead by example on job sites and support or mentor apprentice level installers
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and installation standards
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure all installations meet industry and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding job progress and project updates
Qualifications
• 4 years of commercial HVAC installation experience (required)
• Strong experience with ductwork installation and system layout
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience working on commercial construction job sites
• Comfortable leading projects or supporting and training apprentices
• Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment and follow safety protocols
• No personal tools required
Pay
$18.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
