CNC Machinist Programmer | Logan, UT

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with CNC machining experience or relevant technical training who are looking to expand their programming, setup, and machining expertise. The CNC Machinist Programmer will program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

•    Program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment.

•    Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

•    Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.

•    Select proper tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.

•    Perform machine setups, including tooling and workholding adjustments.

•    Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

•    Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.

•    Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues.

•    Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

•    Perform routine equipment inspections and basic machine maintenance.

•    Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

•    Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

•    1-2 years of CNC machining, programming, or related manufacturing experience preferred.

•    Trade school, technical school, or machining program experience may be considered in place of some experience.

•    Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and programming concepts.

•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

•    Experience using precision measuring instruments.

•    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

•    Ability to perform shop math and work with tight tolerances.

•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

•    Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Pay

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
