- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading
- Oversee calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling appointments and meetings accurately
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks and bookkeeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal staff with courteous assistance
- Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-stocked workspace
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
