NexCall Communications is hiring a Verizon Customer Service Representative to support customer account enrollment for Verizon internet and TV services throughout the Rochester area. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to provide helpful information, answer questions, and guide them through available service options. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be creating a positive, informative experience for every interaction. You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s needs, explain services in a clear and approachable way, and assist with a smooth onboarding process from start to finish.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for customers
- Listen to customer needs and guide them through available Verizon service options
- Assist with account setup, service enrollment, and installation coordination
- Provide ongoing support by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Share relevant service updates or enhancements that may benefit the customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Qualifications of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, solution-oriented, and comfortable assisting a variety of customers
- Organized with good attention to detail
Pay: $875.00 - $1,200.00 per week
