This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Lehigh Acres, FL. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and processing applications for residential and commercial mortgages. Day-to-day duties include building and maintaining client relationships, guiding clients through the mortgage process, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and lending policies.
- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
- Knowledge of Underwriting guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant licenses and certifications in mortgage loan origination, meeting NMLS requirements
