This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Vancouver, WA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining suitable mortgage loans by evaluating financial situations, collecting and reviewing documentation, and guiding clients throughout the lending process. Key responsibilities also include building and maintaining customer relationships, staying up-to-date on market trends, and ensuring adherence to regulatory lending requirements.
- Experience and expertise in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and Loan Officer roles
- Proficiency in Underwriting principles and practices
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to analyze client financial profiles and recommend appropriate loan products
- Knowledge of local and national lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Prior experience with loan origination systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
