Role Description
This full-time, remote, full-commissioned position for the Mortgage Loan Officer role is based in Indian Trail, NC—the Mortgage Loan. NEXA Lending has a top-notch training system and will actively assist Loan Officers in navigating the mortgage process, from the initial inquiry to closing. Key responsibilities include evaluating client financial profiles, providing tailored loan options, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The role also involves building client relationships, preparing loan applications, and coordinating with various departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in financial analysis, loan origination, and mortgage options.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Prior experience in mortgage lending or a related field is highly preferred.
