What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Officer position at NEXA Lending?
LOAN OFFICERS
I want to throw something out there.
I've been in the mortgage business a long time, and one thing I've learned is that where you hang your license matters.
You can be a really good Loan Officer and still find yourself fighting your own company — pricing, products, support, technology, turn times, or just not having enough options when a loan doesn't fit neatly in the box.
That's one of the reasons I made the move to NEXA.
Now I'm looking to connect with a few Loan Officers who might be wondering if there's a better opportunity out there for them too.
I'm not looking to give anybody a big recruiting pitch or tell you everything is perfect. I've been doing this too long for that.
What I will do is have a real conversation with you.
What's working where you are?
What's frustrating you?
What do you wish you had access to?
And most importantly — what are you trying to build over the next few years?
If you're happy where you are, that's great. Seriously.
But if you've caught yourself wondering "What else is out there?", maybe it's worth a 15-minute conversation.
You don't have to apply for anything and you don't have to make any decisions.
Just reach out to me privately and say "Ron, I'm curious."
I'll take it from there.
