- Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
- Strong understanding of purchase mortgage financing.
- Knowledge of mortgage guidelines, loan structuring, and documentation.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Active Arizona NMLS License (or ability to obtain as required).
- Previous mortgage, banking, or financial services experience preferred.
