You will be responsible for the "heavy lifting" of hardware setup, gameplay progression, and market research to ensure our leadership team can focus on high-level strategy and feedback.

- Hardware & Device Setup: Install games, update firmware, and manage network/TV pairing for various platforms in the US office.
- Gameplay & Progression: Play through tutorials and unlock specific levels in both internal and competitor titles to prepare them for team reviews.
- Product Research: Gather market data and statistics (sales, reviews, etc.) to support competitive analysis.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with broader content operations tasks
- Strong Interest in Gaming: Comfortable across various genres and platforms (VR, consoles, mobile).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to set up hardware and resolve basic connectivity or installation issues independently.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent observational skills to catch gameplay nuances and maintain an organized hardware environment.
- Communication: Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide clear updates on research and setup status.
- Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines and ensure devices are ready for scheduled review sessions.
