The Opportunity

We are looking for four (4) highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Santa Clara office as Part-Time Data Operations Assistants. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in data, robotics, and AI to gain practical experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment. You will play a supportive role in our core data workflow, contributing directly to projects that shape the future of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary processing of multimodal data from robotic systems.
• Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks under the guidance of our engineering and data science teams.
• Support the data annotation and labeling pipeline by following detailed guidelines.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and records of data handling procedures.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks to support the efficiency of the data operations team.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or holder of EAD/OPT/CPT).
• Availability & Logistics:
• Can work on-site at our Santa Clara office at least 5 weekdays (Monday-Friday) per week, with a strong preference for more availability.
• Core working hours are between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Must reside within a ~20-minute commute of Santa Clara, CA 95054.
• Minimum commitment of 1 month, with the ability to start promptly.
• Personal Attributes: We prioritize reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Language & Equipment: Professional working proficiency in English. Must have your own reliable laptop for work.
