In this role, the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of radiology procedures. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include to assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards.

This is a Per Diem position, covering Saturday shifts, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist.

Preferred Criteria:

• N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification

• ARRT Advanced modality (ie. mammography, CT, MR, or special procedures) certification

• Prior experience

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology

• N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
