What This Role Actually Is
This is a high-performance, in-home sales position.
You will:
- Sit face-to-face with homeowners
- Diagnose real problems
- Present solutions confidently
- Close deals on the spot
You will be selling:
- Pest control programs
- Termite protection
- Attic insulation
- Wildlife exclusion
- Home protection systems
These are real problems with real price tags.
If you are uncomfortable discussing money or asking for the sale, this is not for you.
Compensation (Read Carefully)
There is no commission cap.
Your income is directly tied to:
- Your ability to close
- Your ability to communicate value
- Your work ethic
