POSITION TITLE: Evening Site Supervisor
LOCATION: Newtown High School / Office of Newtown Continuing Education
START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY RANGE: $15.00 Per Hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and high degree of confidentiality.
Must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
Candidates should be personable and welcoming.
Ability to communicate and work well with others.
Some knowledge of equipment, such as a computer and projector.
Ability to dedicate two evenings (Tuesday & Thursday) a week (between 2-5 hours a week).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper signage is posted.
Greet participants and instructors.
Ensure classrooms are unlocked for each course.
Assist in set up of technology (projector, TV, computers, etc.), as needed.
Substitute, when necessary for the other Site Supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by the director.
Serves as a liaison between patrons, instructors and the Adult Ed department.
