Evening Site Supervisor - Newtown Continuing Education

POSITION TITLE: Evening Site Supervisor
LOCATION: Newtown High School / Office of Newtown Continuing Education
START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY RANGE: $15.00 Per Hour



QUALIFICATIONS: 

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and high degree of confidentiality. 

Must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently. 

Candidates should be personable and welcoming. 

Ability to communicate and work well with others. 

Some knowledge of equipment, such as a computer and projector. 

Ability to dedicate two evenings (Tuesday & Thursday) a week (between 2-5 hours a week).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Ensure proper signage is posted. 

Greet participants and instructors. 

Ensure classrooms are unlocked for each course. 

Assist in set up of technology (projector, TV, computers, etc.), as needed. 

Substitute, when necessary for the other Site Supervisor. 

Other duties as assigned by the director. 

Serves as a liaison between patrons, instructors and the Adult Ed department.
