What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optical Lab Assistant position at Newton Eye Clinic PC?
Job Description:
- Assist patients with frame styling
- Ordering and processing insurance claims
- Repairing and adjusting patient glasses
- Handle frame inventory
- Need to be willing to work rotating Saturdays from 8-12pm.
- Answer phones and schedule appts.
- HIPPA Compliant
- Welcoming and Positive Customer Service Attitude
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, Self motivated, Takes Initiative, and is excited to go above and beyond to get the job done
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Customer Service Skills
Good Computer Skills
Experience in an optical setting preferred but not required
