Newton Building Specialties & Installation, Inc. (Newton BSI) is a family-owned commercial building specialty subcontractor that works with General Contractors and End-users throughout New England. Newton BSI is looking for an Assistant Project Manager that can also prepare Estimates to support the Project Managers in the execution of building specialty projects.
Newton BSI is looking for a person with the following qualities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Office Administrator duties will include:
- Assist Office Manager and Project Managers with paperwork
- Enter and maintain project transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare Accounts Receivable documents, including AIA Requisitions.
- Certified Payroll Reporting
- Prepare Project Close-out packages.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic files
- Maintain bid assignments and opportunities
- Interact with vendors and customers as needed
- Communicate with Project Managers on status of projects
- Assist with administrative and accounting support as needed
Experience:
- Office or Project Administration: 2 year (Construction industry preferred)
- Accounting or Bookkeeping: 2 year (Preferred)
- Quickbooks: 2 year (Preferred)
- Notary Public (Preferred)
