Job Description

March 2026 - We are a growing local window cleaning and pressure washing company looking to add a reliable team member that is looking for long-term employment. Hours may fluctuate seasonally depending on weather and workload. This position involves physically-demanding outdoor work, including ladder use, detailed cleaning tasks, and working at customers' homes and businesses. The people who succeed in this role are dependable, hard working, and take pride in doing quality work. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this position.

This is considered a full-time position, though actual hours may fluctuate with the seasonality of our business. We are also willing to talk to those looking for part-time work. This is a weekday position mostly with possibly some weekend work, especially during late Spring through Summer. Must be able to work quickly, without constant supervision, and with great attention to detail. Pay will be based on performance after training period. Due to the volume of candidates, not all candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities and Duties

For those with relevant experience, there will be a training period, but the duties assigned may include track cleaning, screen cleaning, job setup, commercial window cleaning, home window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, etc.. For someone with no or limited experience, this position will start as a Trainee position with general labor and cleaning duties and progress from there. Other cleaning or duties may be included.

Qualifications and Skills

A professional, hardworking, and friendly attitude. Skilled at hands-on work. Ideal position for someone with professional window cleaning, pressure washing, softwashing, residential maid service, landscaping, or similar experience. However, no experience is necessarily required, though experience and skill will affect pay range. Ability to provide excellent service with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Minimum requirements:

• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Must be able to pass a background check. Violent or theft-related convictions may exclude candidates (other requirements exist).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with our drug-free workplace policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Clean driving record needed.
• Must be available weekday mornings (at a minimum). Full-time availability preferred. Typical start time is 7 AM to 8 AM (can vary).
• Be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs, work on ladders/lifts at height, and perform physically-demanding tasks for extended periods of time, and deliver quality results.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, humidity, and rain, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
