Server Job Description
· Excellent customer service skills: Essential that you maintain an energetic, friendly and positive attitude at all times
· Food, farm, wine, beer and beverage knowledge of all items on the BEO
· Winery & Vineyard knowledge
· Confirming guests orders and transmitting that knowledge to the kitchen
· Serves orders by picking up and delivering guests choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments as needed.
· Responds to additional guest requirements by observing the dining process or inquiring of any needs
· Maintains table setting by removing courses as guests complete, replenishing of utensils, refilling beverages or any other needs
· All opening and closing server side-work, may include: moving of tables, polishing of glasses/silverware, lifting glass racks, washing and stocking of all FOH equipment & items, cleaning all FOH areas, filling all FOH ramekins/caddies/salt & peppers holders, must be able to complete all FOH side-work in a timely manner
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to lift 50lbs
· Must be TIPS certified
· Work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
· Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
· Able to work on a POS system
· Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
