More gastropub than classic tavern, Iron Works serves innovative and updated takes on American classics, all from a building deeply steeped in the historical fabric of Warwick. About the Position: In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service.
About You: You are friendly, outgoing, and driven to succeed. You have a strong passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
Essential Duties:
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners
- Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus
- Answers phone
- Communicates guests’ needs to service staff and management.

Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Must be 18
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed – Sunday and AM availability is required!
- Restaurant and OpenTable experience are preferred however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Previous experience in a high-volume polished casual environment is preferred.
