Occupancy Specialist
The Housing Authority of Newport is currently accepting resumes for the position of Occupancy Specialist in their Section 8 Department. The individual will conduct group and individual sessions with clients re: program rules; execute paperwork necessary for assistance; calculate tenant rents; document client files; perform data input; assist with occupancy matters. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent math and communication skills a must. Previous experience in housing or social service program a plus.
