We are looking for applicants to join our Front Desk Team as the Front Desk Supervisor for our boutique hotel in Bristol, RI! The Front Desk Supervisor will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest saying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.
Starting Rate - $23.00 per hour!!

Year-round, Full Time position available
Preferred: Customer service/hotel experience
Shifts: 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Opportunity

- Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, standing at the Front Desk for extended periods of time, overseeing the Front Desk operations, competing reports to include the weekly forecast, scheduling, training newly hired staff members, working with the General Manager, completing the check-in/ check-out process, collecting a method of payment, booking reservations, answering phone calls, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
