Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and understanding their needs
- Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their preferences and experience levels
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and organizing shelves to enhance product visibility
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demos to showcase new items or highlight features, fostering customer engagement and interest
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening
