Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, and ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary. Your expertise in cannabis products and ability to communicate effectively will help customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on usage and effects.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring all products are displayed properly and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Utilize retail math skills to process sales transactions and provide change accurately.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
