We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, and ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on usage and effects.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring all products are displayed properly and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Utilize retail math skills to process sales transactions and provide change accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and helping customers find the right products for their needs.
