We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Admissions Manager to lead our dedicated team of Admissions Coordinators! What You'll Do: ✨ Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of Admissions Coordinators by providing ongoing feedback through engaging weekly 1:1 meetings, comprehensive 90-day reviews, and annual evaluations. Your leadership will shape the future of our admissions process! 📋 Hands-On Caseload Management: Carry a standard admissions caseload while ensuring that each case is handled with care and precision. 💰 Financial Oversight: Determine financial approvals and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring smooth operations and financial integrity. 🏥 Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Clinical Director of Admissions to prioritize clinical clearances and assist your team in processing medical clearances promptly. ⏰ Timely Pre-Authorizations: Ensure that pre-authorizations are requested efficiently, keeping our admissions process streamlined and effective. 🔗 Be the Connection: Provide oversight and assignment of Clinical Outreach cases, acting as the key point of contact for the Clinical Outreach Team to ensure seamless follow-up on all cases. 📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report discharges and admissions using required forms and electronic systems, while also monitoring ICPC pre-admissions to keep our operations running smoothly. 🏢 On-Site Leadership: Serve as the go-to person for on-site staff at designated facilities, fostering collaboration and communication. 📈 Strategic Reporting: Report census projections to admissions and company leadership, providing valuable insights that drive our success. 📚 Empower Your Team: Strategize and implement innovative staff training and development programs, keeping your team informed on the latest changes to admissions policies and procedures. 🔄 Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of our admissions process.
