As Lead, Service Enablement Group (SEG) Process Owner- Supply Chain, Reporting you will lead the global standardization and enhancement of supply chain processes and reporting. Your work will drive efficiency, visibility, and insight through process design, data analytics, and system integration across Newmont’s global operations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $124,000 - 162,750. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.

Your impact
As Lead, Service Enablement Group (SEG) Process Owner- Supply Chain, Reporting you will lead the global standardization and enhancement of supply chain processes and reporting. Your work will drive efficiency, visibility, and insight through process design, data analytics, and system integration across Newmont’s global operations.
As part of our team you will
- Design and implement standardized, efficient supply chain processes across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Define and track supply chain KPIs and reporting dashboards to ensure consistent performance.
- Leverage ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive operational insights and automation.
- Conduct impact analyses, resource planning, and cost-benefit evaluations for supply chain tools and initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance, technical, and operational teams to support system integration and continuous improvement.
- Establish governance routines, process controls, and RACI frameworks to monitor compliance and drive accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- 7 years of experience in supply chain process improvement, reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM/WM, Oracle SCM).
- Proficiency in developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience translating operational data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in implementing automation and integrating supply chain data across systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment.
- English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
- The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered
- Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
