Litigation Attorney (Associate or Counsel)
We’re growing—and looking for a motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team at Newman & Lickstein. Our litigation group handles sophisticated disputes involving real estate investors, VC-backed startups, healthcare organizations, family businesses, and estates.
What You’ll Do:
· Work on all stages of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
· Handle commercial and real estate-related disputes, business torts, contract claims, and more
· Gain client-facing experience and mentorship from experienced litigators
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–6 years of litigation experience (business/commercial litigation preferred)
· Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
· Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a desire to grow as a trial attorney
· Candidates in the Albany area
