Corporate Attorney (Associate or Counsel)

What You’ll Do:
· Assist in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and general business counsel
· Work with clients in emerging and IP-rich industries
· Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and contract drafting
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–6 years of corporate experience; prior M&A or venture experience is a plus
· A background in intellectual property or industries such as software, biotech, or engineering is helpful
· Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
· Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
· Candidates in the Albany area
