We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented LCC Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role requires excellent computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with office management and customer service is a plus. The LCC Admin Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting daily business functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for report creation, correspondence, and scheduling
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with bookkeeping using excel and accounting software
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and task prioritization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing data accurately
- Experience with office management systems, filing procedures, and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Associates Degree or higher is preferred or the two core Child Care Classes
