What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Victory Child Care and Preschool?
We’re Hiring! Join Our Early Childhood Team
Do you believe in fostering joy, curiosity, and connection in young children? Are you someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment?
We’re looking for a Child Care Teacher who values teamwork, kindness, and meaningful relationships—with children and with coworkers.
At our center, we are committed to:
A positive, respectful, and uplifting workplace
Open communication and shared problem-solving
Professional growth and ongoing training
A culture where everyone feels valued and supported
We also believe that children learn best from the behavior they see, not just the words they hear. That’s why our staff intentionally models the same kindness, patience, respect, and emotional regulation that we teach our children every day.
We’re seeking individuals who:
Bring warmth, patience, and creativity into their work
Communicate respectfully—even on challenging days
Contribute to a healthy, drama-free environment
Understand the importance of modeling positive behavior for children
Believe in being part of a team that lifts one another up
If you’re passionate about early learning and committed to living out the lessons we teach our children—we’d love to meet you!
Apply today and help us create a nurturing space where children (and staff!) can grow, learn, and thrive.
