Role Description
We are seeking an Asphalt Maintenance Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL. The role involves performing maintenance and repair on asphalt surfaces, implementing preventive care to prolong pavement life, and operating machinery and equipment necessary for asphalt maintenance. A qualified candidate will possess skills in the following services, asphalt replacement, sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement markings
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and general Asphalt Work
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and guidelines
- Capability to work both independently and as a team member in outdoor environments
- Relevant certifications or training in asphalt maintenance or equipment operation are advantageous
- Reliable transportation to the job site and ability to work flexible hours as required
