The Front of House (FOH) Partner helps ensure every guest has a positive Newk's Experience. You’ll support the restaurant team in reaching planned sales by performing your role with care and consistency—following Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence. You’ll also protect the brand by helping maintain a clean, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment while keeping operational and product costs under control. Provide a positive Newk’s Experience for every guest
Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales
Complete all assigned responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communications and guest service skills
- High School diploma preferred (college a plus)
- Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha)
- At least six months restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries
