Back of House Partner Job Responsibilities
Prep food products to support daily service needs
Store food properly according to food safety protocols
Prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Perform all station responsibilities according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence
Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment
Help protect brand standards by supporting operational/product cost awareness

REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive standing without breaks.
- Exposure to heat, smoke and cold.
- Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft.
- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed.
- Effective communication with peers, managers and guests.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 6 months restaurant cooking/prep experience or customer service
