Back of House Hourly Partner Job Responsibilities
Prep food products according to Newk’s standards
Ensure food products are stored properly and in line with food safety protocols
Prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Complete all station responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence
Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive standing without breaks.
- Exposure to heat, smoke and cold.
- Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft.
- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed.
- Effective communication with peers, managers and guests.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 6 months restaurant cooking/prep experience or customer service
