What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Newk’s Eatery and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude
• Take guest orders accurately while providing menu knowledge and recommendations
• Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service
• Ensure every order is complete, accurate, and presented with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked
• Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the restaurant
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communications and guest service skills
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha)
• Must be at least 16 years old upon hire date
• Smart phone and valid email address to complete training
