Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of asset liquidation, including documentation and data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate asset transfers, sales, or disposal procedures
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including filing and proofreading documents for accuracy
- Handle correspondence via multi-line phone systems and email
- Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, filing systems, and general administrative support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within asset management or liquidation environments
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
