Schedule: 2nd Shift (Evening) | Typically 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Includes a rotating weekend requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Help residents wind down their day comfortably by assisting with evening daily living activities (ADLs), including dinner dining, personal hygiene, and getting ready for bed.
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate any physical or emotional health changes directly to our clinical leadership team.
- Actively engage with residents, encouraging participation in evening community events, activities, and dining.
- Foster a warm, safe, and positive home-like environment for the seniors in our care.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No experience? No problem! An active CNA license is highly valued (and earns an extra wage premium), but we will gladly train uncertified individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a big heart.
- Physical ability to manage the standard demands of caregiving, including walking, standing, and safely assisting with resident transfers.
