What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at NewGen Technologies?
The start date of this role is expected to be anywhere between mid-February to mid-March. The contract is for 6 months.On-site technicians will adhere to client-provided step-by-step instructions, processes, and policies to perform the installation and configuration of operating systems and applications. Supported platforms and equipment include Cisco, Dell, HP, Windows, EMC, Linux, and Kubernetes environments.ResponsibilitiesTypes of equipmentHPE, SuperMicro and Dell Servers.
