We are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to lead the implementation, optimization, and analysis of our digital marketing platforms. This role will be instrumental in managing Adobe Experience Cloud tools—including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Tag Manager, and Adobe Target—to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with analytical acumen to support marketing initiatives and improve performance across digital channels. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Tag Management & Implementation Own and manage Adobe Tag Manager (Launch) for accurate data collection and tracking. Design and maintain tagging strategies that scale across multiple properties and platforms. Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure proper tagging across web properties. Perform rigorous QA for standard marketing pixels (Facebook, Floodlights), custom pixels (e.g., podcasts, IoT ads), and server-side pixels. Troubleshoot and QA tag deployments and data layer configurations. Ability to meticulously manage and verify tagging accuracy across multiple platforms and environments. Strong attention to naming conventions, and adherence to tagging architecture. Be consistent in updating documentation. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support content authors and developers in managing and optimizing AEM components. Ensure seamless integration between AEM and other marketing platforms. Adobe Target & Personalization Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target. Develop audience segments and personalized experiences based on behavioral data. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve conversion and engagement. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other tools. Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals. Provide training and documentation for internal teams on platform usage and best practices. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing technology or web analytics. 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Launch, Target, Analytics). Strong understanding of tag management systems and data layers. Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus. Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Certifications Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Target Google Tag Manager or other TMS certifications Why you’ll love us.
