We are seeking an exceptionally driven early-career professional to join a fast-growing private equity advisory firm focused on proprietary deal origination.
This role is designed for high-performing candidates currently working in investment banking, management consulting, corporate law, corporate finance rotational programs, or similarly rigorous environments who want direct exposure to private equity transactions.
We are intentionally targeting candidates with 0–2 years of full-time professional experience.

About the Role
As an Origination Analyst, you will sit at the front end of the M&A process — identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with business owners on behalf of leading private equity firms.
This is a high-autonomy role suited for individuals with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a desire to operate in a performance-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and research acquisition targets across various industries
- Initiate outreach to business owners
- Develop relationships and qualify transaction opportunities
- Articulate investment themes and value propositions
- Maintain pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Collaborate directly with senior professionals and private equity clients
