The Opportunity
Newfi Lending is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Officers for our new Chandler, AZ location!

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize daily dashboard data to determine your business trends and course correct when necessary.
- Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
- Develop an account database that hits key metrics such as pull-through, product mix and loan quality.
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven ability to prospect and develop business through outbound calling, drip campaigns, and social media.
- Experience building and maintaining realtor partnerships and executing self-sourced business.
- Minimum 2 years of successful loan origination experience.
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
- High proficiency with advanced online technologies.
- Must be SAFE Act compliant and hold an active NMLS license (UST).
- Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
