NewEra Construction is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project managers
- Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and schedules
- Enforce job site safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Maintain daily logs, schedules, and progress reports
- Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards
- Plan and schedule labor, materials, and equipment
- Identify and resolve job site issues proactively
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Lead job site meetings and communicate effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Residential construction (ground up)
- Proficiency in Procore project management software a must
- Proven ability to lead and manage crews and wide range of subcontractors on active job sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and crews in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- OSHA certification preferred (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Pay: 75,000-85,000 Expected hours: 40-50 per week
