What You’ll Do:
As a QC Inspector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Measuring product dimensions and verifying functionality against requirements.
- Using tools like CMMs, Romer arms, and laser scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying and documenting quality issues and working with teams to resolve them.
- Recommending process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Maintaining detailed inspection records and quality documentation.
- 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
- Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.
- Experience with articulating arms or laser trackers is a plus.
