Assembly Technician / Final Assembly
Pay: $22–$28/hr. | Excellent Benefits | 4-Day Workweek
Newell Corporation is currently hiring an Assembly Technician to join our growing team in Arlington, WA.
What You’ll Do:
As an Assembly Technician at Newell Corp, you will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from manufactured components, assembling products, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Assembly Technician Responsibilities:
- Assemble precision components and sub-assemblies in accordance with verbal and written instructions including fastening, bonding, and riveting.
- Check work during and after completion of each operation to ensure work is complete per drawing, that there are no defects, and that the area is clean prior to submitting for final inspection.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual inspection to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to achieve desired results.
- Prepare parts for further processes like plating or finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth workflows.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience or training in manufacturing, machining, assembly, or deburring.
- Experience operating forklifts a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, use power tools and hand tools, and lift and move parts weighing up to 40 pounds.
Work Schedule (4-10s): 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday

Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour
