- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to recruit and onboard sellers to Newegg Marketplace.
- Identify, establish, and nurture long-term partnerships to drive business growth.
- Optimize existing partner relationships through data-driven insights and proactive account management.
- Lead negotiations for new seller agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Prospect and engage with new sellers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed seller intelligence, including industry trends, buying behaviors, and preferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance the seller experience.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and seller support to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Ideally, the candidate can have third-party provider experience, such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or SalesCloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in business development, logistics sales, or e-commerce marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, sales strategies, and business operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to exceed aggressive sales targets and drive business growth.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
