Job Description
- Receive, sort, and route incoming return packages
- Inspect and prepare returned merchandise for RMA processing
- Work with vendors to process RMAs and returns
- Create and maintain accurate paperwork and system records
- Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and company procedures
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues quickly
- Help improve processes to increase accuracy and productivity
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned
- Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, data entry, MS Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word and Outlook.
