We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Customer Returns Processing associate to join our team. This role ensures that all customer returns are processed according to the operational procedures in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of computer components, and electronics, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional productivity.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position based in California and complies with all applicable state labor laws, including meal and rest breaks and overtime regulations.
- Sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages.
- Handles packages in preparation for processing which includes opening boxes, and initial inspection of product.
- Verify customers return products according to type and associated procedures.
- Document inspection results, including any receiving issue, and communicate findings to the team.
- Collaborate with the fellow team members and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Adhere to company and safety standards during all inspections and handling procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and frequent improvements of returns processing.

- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word and Outlook.
- Good listening skills
- Ability to form partnership with department and gain intimate knowledge of department operations
- Detail-oriented, and self-motivated with desire to continuously improve operations
- Exhibit strong business curiosity and must be willing to explore details to challenge status quo
- Ability to work both independently and with a team in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to treat all information confidentially
- Adaptable and proactively able to move with the change while maintaining a positive attitude
