What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Marketing Manager position at Newegg?
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design of integrated marketing experiences landing pages, campaign microsites, promotional modules, and email/lifecycle templates producing wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs that balance brand, usability, and conversion.
- Partner deeply with Business stakeholders and Product Management as an embedded partner: join planning discussions, interrogate business requirements, surface customer pain points, and translate them into clear design and campaign briefs.
- Collaborating with Marketing’s cross-functional teams — social media, lifecycle/CRM, content, performance, and brand.
- Maintain the design system and reusable component library for marketing surfaces, ensuring consistency, faster campaign turnaround, and scalable handoff to web/engineering teams.
- Ground design and campaign decisions in customer insight and data using analytics, A/B tests, session behavior, and stakeholder input to prioritize what to build and to measure what works.
- Act as the connective layer between Product roadmap and Marketing execution, flagging where upcoming product changes affect campaigns and where marketing learnings should inform the roadmap.
- Communicate designs, rationale, and trade-offs clearly to non-design audiences, building trust and shared understanding across business, product, and marketing partners.
Qualifications:
Required
- 4 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally for e-commerce, retail, or consumer digital products, with a portfolio showing conversion-oriented and customer-journey work.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business and product stakeholders turning ambiguous requirements and pain points into clear design and campaign solutions.
- Track record of coordinating across marketing functions (e.g., social, lifecycle, content, performance) to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and comfort working from data analytics, A/B testing, and customer insight.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to present and defend design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems and managing structured design-to-development handoff.
Preferred
- Familiarity with marketing/CRM and analytics platforms, and a working understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and lifecycle messaging.
- Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS) sufficient to collaborate effectively with web and engineering teams.
- Experience in a matrixed organization where marketing, product, and business teams share ownership of the customer experience.
